COATING AND CONVERTING OPERATORS
We are now recruiting for Operators to work at our Coating and Converting sites.
*** This is a PERMANENT ROLE FROM DAY ONE!!! ***
Responsibilities:
• To operate selected machinery safely
• To consistently achieve production output targets
• Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops
• Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials
• To complete all required departmental data recording on time
• Able to identify and communicate risks (Service, Quality, Health & Safety and Financial)

Benefits:
• Excellent overtime rates – Time and a Half for the first 8 hours worked each week, all additional hours above that is double time! So for one 12 hour shift of overtime, you will earn 20 hours pay. That is half a weeks wage for one shift!
